It would require that a parent or guardian report a missing child or face a Class C Felony charge.  Here’s the breakdown:

Children 4 and under – Must be reported within 4 hours

5-8 years – Must report within 3 hours

9-15 years – Must report within 12 hours

16-20 years – Must report within 24 hours
