The Utica Comptroller promised to be accessible to the media and specifically to us...yet, after many attempts- we are not even afforded a call back.  So where is the guy who vowed to work for a dollar with no health benefits?  Where is the guy who vowed to hire a CPA as the Deputy Comptroller  Where is the guy who promised to complete transparency?  AND- where is the guy who graciously provided $800 to Paralympian Jimmy Joseph after he heard on our airwaves that he need the money for a special curling wheelchair?  We're wondering and hoping to speak with him soon.
