Council Candidate Agrees to Debate on Friday Morning at 8:30

Utica Councilman Joe Marino was in-studio and agreed to a debate Friday morning at 8:30 am on WIBX.  His opponent, who has also agreed to the debate, is Larry Cohen.  One of Larry’s big issues is the contract Time Warner Cable has with the city.
