Herkimer County Administrator Jim Wallace on to talk about the proposed county budget. There's a proposed tax increase of 1.13%. That would mean about an extra $2.16 per year for the average homeowner in Herkimer County. A public hearing is planned for December 14th.

Phil Kerpen is with American Commitment. They're urging NY lawmakers to stop Governor Cuomo's controversial energy mandate which he says will impose billions of dollars in surcharges on home and business electric bills.
