6 AM Hour

The sports world is mourning the loss of two star athletes. Arnold Palmer died on Sunday at the age of 87 - story here. And, young pitcher Jose Fernandez, 24, died this weekend in a boating accident - story here. Plus, we check in with Fox's Rachel Sutherland ahead tonight's first presidential debate.

Keeler announces The Loser Contest - if Trump calls someone Hillary a loser in the first hour of tonight's presidential debate, someone wins $100.

Mario is on the phone regarding the Utica Police Facebook page. He claims he is suing after an arrest posting. The son of someone arrested commented on the page, and a former UPD officer made a harsh comment toward the child. The comment has since been taken down.

7 AM Hour

Keeler and Monaski get into it over the UPD Facebook issue. Free speech and the page's reflection on our community are the focal points.

And, Rome Mayor Jackie Izzo prepares to give her budget message on Wednesday. She says the budget may include some pain but says she's looking to avoid any layoffs.

Local attorney Rebecca Wittman on to discuss the UPD Facebook page. Her client's photo and arrest description was posted. She claims a former city police investigator weighed in and made an 'unbelievably, uncalled for racist remark'. When the son of the man charged said 'free my dad', she claims the ex-cop remarked something like - don't worry son you'll get your chance, it's genetic.

Emailer critical of too much baseball reporting during the show. And, we continue to take phone calls on our $100 Loser contest - Plus, all this week we're giving away tickets to see The Everly Brothers Experience at The Stanley on Friday Oct, 14.

8 AM Hour

Catching up with Ron Moshier from the Utica OD on this weekend's high school football action. But first, we review this amazing play from a big Utica College football win against Cortland over the weekend. Look at this improbable interception:

Keeler is still infatuated with Corey Feldman's unraveling. He's found fame again and there's audio out there of a voicemail he left his guitarist. She apparently left just before a featured appearance on The Today Show. And, AAA Travel Agent Dee Richmond with info on an event (Thursday night at 5:30) at the Celtic Harp where you can win a vacation to Ireland.

We give away tickets to The Everly Brothers Experience, a tribute concert at The Stanley. And Keeler recaps some of the day's big stories, including the deaths of Arnold Palmer, and Buckwheat Zydeco a Louisiana roots musician - story here.
