Carl Nicastro is a local man who has been battling Multiple Sclerosis for nearly two decades. He has a new book out to help his raise funds to pay for more stem cell treatments. He'll be holding book signing events at two local libraries this month: Nov 16 from 6-8p at the Basloe Library in Herkimer, and Nov, 19 from 3-5p at the Dunham Public Library.
