Caller Wayne has a story about his girl friend who 'fell-for-it' when it came to a homeless man holding a sign on Route 5s. He claims she stopped and gave him food. When she later drove by, the homeless man was gone but the food was still sitting there.

Fox's Rachel Sutherland with an election update with two weeks to go until Election Day.

Arlene Feldmeier, the Democrat in the 101st Assembly district, says if elected she'll donate her entire salary to local charities. She's scheduled to join us on the air to discuss later this morning.

Jared Fogle's ex-wife is suing Subway claiming they'd known for more than a decade that her husband was being accused of abusing children - story here. Caller Jeff was at a comic-con in Massachusetts over the weekend where he says Darth Maul actor Ray Park was arrested for assault. The caller claims has witnessed Park getting 'handsy' this weekend and in the past.

Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara discussing the conclusion of the Word of Life case in Chadwicks. The remaining defendants pleaded guilty last week and are still awaiting sentencing. McNamara shares some insight on the motivation of the beatings and the power the pastor had over the congregation

Speaking with Utica Comets goalie Richard Bachman ahead of tomorrow night's home opener. Did you know he played a lot of hockey on the frozen waters of central New York.

Gerald Markowitz and David Rosner, authors of Lead Wars, will be at Watson Williams Elementary School in Utica today. It's part of the Community Foundation's fight against incidents of childhood lead poisoning.

NY Assembly candidate Arlene Feldmeier in studio. She's running as a Democrat in the 101st district in a three-way race against Brian Miller and Maria Kelso. She announced on the show today that, if elected, she'll donate all of her Assembly salary to local charities.
