Tonya Powers from FOX News is on to talk about a judge in Washington D.C. who ruled that a man could not smoke in his own home, because the neighbors sued him.

6:40-6:50:

- We readdress the Smoking story and the family that sued him for $500,000 in damages as well. We continue the discussion. We also begin the conversation about Hillary Clinton and the private email account.

- Joe Load in studio to talk about some stuff and we talk with Bill Schmelther from Skate-A-Rama, whose roof collapsed.

Fritz Scherz and Tom Heiland

- Fritz's Polka Band will be performing on our float for the St. Patrick's Day Parade and it's sponsored by Utica Mack. We're also having a party at the Radisson immediately following the parade.

Congressman Richard Hanna

- Congressman Hanna talks about his visit to Ft. Drum and he talks about what needs to be done to help the troops whose jobs are at risk. Many jobs may be lost from Jefferson County. Hanna also comments on the Hillary situation.

Joe Load's Gripe

- Joe Load is in studio and is a big proponent of the area. We go on a big Utica Club lovefest and beer in general. Joe's gripe involves the historical trolleys at the Saranac Brewery.

FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai

- We talk to Commissioner Pai about Net Neutrality and his stance on it. He helps to clear up some confusion and we also talk to him about the future of cable television.

Marvin Gaye or Robin Thicke?

- We have a contest where Al called up and tried to win by guessing if the clip was Marvin or Robin. He wins Carmella's and Holland Farms.

Matt Schlapp - Hillary Email Situation

- Matt is the Chairman of the American Conservative Union and CPAC. He is also a Political Analyst for FOX News. He is on to talk about the Hillary Clinton explanation of her email address controversy.

- Mark calls in quick to talk about the music stealing situation.

- We finish off the day with talking about other music copyright infringements.
