The slumping New York Knicks came up short again on Friday night in a 119-114 road loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.

It was the fourth-straight setback for New York which has lost seven of ten.

Ersan Ilyasova led Milwaukee with 26 points followed by Brandon Jennigs' 25.

Amar'e Stoudemire had 27 points for the Knicks, with Carmelo Anthony scoring 22 on 7-of-17 shooting.

Jeremy Lin scored 20 to go along with 13 assists.

Tyson Chandler (wrist) missed his second straight game.

New York is currently the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference playoff race, just two games ahead of the Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers. The Knicks (18-22) host the Atlantic Division leading Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday at noon.
