Down by as many as 15 in the 2nd quarter, the Knicks finished on a 16-0 run to take the lead at halftime and held the Heat to only 35 second half points to win 91-86.

Carmelo Anthony led the way for the Knicks with 29 points to go along with his 9 rebounds.  Amare

Stoudemire had 16 points along with 10 rebounds and Chauncey Billups added 16 points as well.   Chauncey Billups has been a huge part of the Knicks offense since his addition to the team and has lived up to his nickname of "Mr. Big Shot".  Billups hit a 3 pointer with 1:01 left in the 4th quarter to give the Knicks an 85-84 lead and Amare Stoudemire blocked LeBron James FG attempt with 7 seconds left that would of given the Heat the lead.  LeBron had one more chance for the Heat but missed a 3 pointer with 2 seconds left that would've tied the game, sealing the win for the Knicks.

LeBron James led the way for the Heat with 27 points, Chris Bosh added 20 points along with 12 rebounds and Dwayne Wade was limited to just 12 points.  The Knicks have won their last 2 games against the Heat, splitting the season series.  It was a monumental win for the Knicks who came off a disappointing loss to the Cleveland Cavalierstheir last game.  The new look Knicks will have to continue this great play as 3 out of their next 4 opponents have a record of .500 or better.  The Knicks next game will be in Orlando against the Magic on Tuesday.
