Kraus Announces Run For Second Term
Utica, NY(WIBX) –
Jerry Kraus has announced his candidacy for a second term as councilor at large for the City of Utica.
The Democrat made his announcement this morning on WIBX Radio’s First Look.
Kraus is facing a primary challenge from fellow Democrat and first ward councilor Jim Zecca.
Another Democrat, Ed Bucciero, also announced his candidacy today for a second term on the council.
