Larceny Suspect Sought By UPD
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police need your help locating a man seen vandalizing a vehicle and stealing property. Police released a video of the crime that happened on Goodrich Avenue on September 4th. The crime can be seen about two and a half minutes into the video, when the suspect walks into the frame.
