Lawn Mower Thefts in Gates, New York

A police department in New York is warning residents about a rash of lawn mower thefts.

The Gates, New York Police Department  says it has received several reports of lawn mowers being stolen from yards off of Howard Road.

Officers are reminding residents that outside valuables need to be secured when bot being attended.

Anyone with information on the thefts is being asked to call police.
