In news shocking the music world tonight, Lil Wayne has reportedly been hospitalized and in critical decision after an overdose, according to TMZ.

The site claims that the 30-year-old was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. on Tuesday night after suffering multiple seizures. He was released Wednesday but reportedly found unconscious hours later.

TMZ claims that sources have told them that there's evidence that sizzurp was the culprit behind the seizures. The site even goes so far as to state that Wayne's mother is en route to the hospital to decide what to do with the comatose rapper.

Wayne's business partners at YMCMB blasted TMZ and stated that reports of his health have been grossing overstated. "My son is in good spirit..feelin much betta...be home soon.YMCMB" tweeted Wayne's mentor and boss Birdman. Mack Maine, the President of the label, shared "Wayne is alive and well! We watching the Syracuse game...thanks for the prayers and concern..he will update you all soon. #love" and then added, "#F---TMZ."
