Little Falls Man Pleads Guilty To Distributing Child Pornography

A Little Falls man is facing up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to distributing child pornography.

Fifty-three year old Eric Jaquays admitted to using the Internet and peer-to-peer file sharing to circulate 27 video files containing child pornography between December 2014 and December 2015.

In addition to possibly serving 20 years in prison, Jaquays could also be fined up to $250,000, will be required to register as a sex offender and serve 5 years parole.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on November 17.
