Local Governments Submit Property Tax Cap Reports
Over 2,400 counties, cities, towns and school districts across the state have filed their 2013 property tax cap reports.
State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli says 18% of those entities plan to override the state's two-percent property tax cap this year.
DiNapoli says last year, that number was nearly 15%.
