Central New York (WIBX) – If you’re still looking for a July 4th celebration, local options are available.

The City of Utica is hosting a festival at Proctor Park featuring music, food and family fun, starting at 3 p.m. At six, a parade will make its way down Culver Avenue, ending at the park.

Depending on the darkness, fireworks are scheduled to begin around 9 p.m.

For those looking to leave town, Sylvan Beach is hosting their own fireworks display over Oneida Lake, starting at 10 p.m.

With the amusement park and beach in the same area, visitors are guaranteed an entire day of fun.
