Luis Tiant At Legends Dinner Tonight

Former New York Yankee and Boston Red Sox Pitcher Luis Tiant is the star attraction at tonight's Legends of the Diamond Dinner in Verona. The Legends of the Diamond Dinner, sponsored by the Lake Delta Kiwanis and Rome Lions and Rotary Clubs will be held this year at the Recovery Sports Grill, Route 365 in Verona across from Turning Stone.

General Admission Seating is $60, Little League seating only $35 for children 12 and under.   To purchase tickets call 338-7396 from 9am to 4pm.   Tonight's dinner starts at 6pm, with an autograph session to follow.

All of the profits from the Legends Dinner stays in the Greater Rome area and is used by the Lions and Kiwanis to fund their local community service programs.
