Utica, NY (WIBX) -  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was signed into law last March. The League of Women Voters is hosting a panel discussion on the law this Saturday at the Dorothy Smith Advocacy Center, located on Genesee Street in Utica.

Registration begins Saturday morning 9:30, with a breakfast at 10:00 and the panel discussion to follow.

The cost of members is $12.00 and $15 for non-members.

Representatives from the County Health Department, the Office Aging and Continuing Care, the insurance industry, and a local physician have been invited to the discussion.
