Madison County Teen Arrested

Oneida, NY (WIBX) - A 17-year old Oneida County man was taken into custody by State Police for allegedly assaulting and imprisoning an 18-year old woman.

Jordan A. Plows from West Edmeston was arrested for assault and menacing in the second degree along with unlawful imprisonment and criminal mischief.

The victim appeared at Hamilton County Hospital with severe brusing and told police that she had escaped the house. The ensuing investigation took a little more than a week before State Police arrested Plows.
