Man And Woman Found Dead Inside Hart Street Home [UPDATE]

Utica Police are investigating the discovery of the bodies of a man and woman at a home on the 1100 block of Hart Street.

Lt. Steve Hauck says police received a 9-1-1 call at about 9:30 this morning and officers found the man and woman dead inside the house.

Hauck says they're awaiting autopsy results, but he says the cause of death appears to be gunshot wounds.

He says at this time, police do not believe any "outside parties" were involved.

The names of the victims have not yet been released.

UPDATE; 4:53 pm - Police have identified the victims as 26-year old Stephanie Excell of Utica and 22-year old Zachary Rogers, a native of California.

The cause of death will determined by the Oneida County Medical Examiner's Office
