Man Arrested After Accident, Police Find Knuckle Knife

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Canastota man is in police custody after being involved in a car accident yesterday.

While investigating the incident on Route 12 and Route 8 officers learned that one of the drivers had a suspended driver's license.  While 28-year old Zachary Bazan was being arrested police found a metal knuckle knife on him.  They are illegal and Bazan is being charged accordingly.

He now faces a traffic summons for the accident, unlicensed operation, and criminal possession of a weapon charges.
