Man Arrested After Returning To Store He Robbed

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police arrested a man suspected of shoplifting at the South Utica Price Chopper on January 30, 2011. Police say 47 year old Gary O'Dell was spotted in the store today wearing some of the same clothing he had on when he stole the 30 pack of Bud Light beer over a week ago; a brown "Carhart" jacket and red knit hat with "USA" lettering. The suspect was spotted by a Loss Prevention Officer who detained him until police arrived. Officials say O'Dell is charged with Petit Larceny.
