Man Arrested For Endangering Welfare Of A Child

Watertown, NY (WIBX) - A Watertown man is facing charges for endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

29-Year old Chad Bowen is alleged to have picked up a ten-year old boy by the neck. The victim is the son of Bowen's girlfriend, and authorities say that he also hit and kicked the boy.

Bowen was released but an order of protection was issued for the boy and three other children living in the Town of Clayton home where the crime took place.
