Oriskany Falls, NY (WIBX) - The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says an Oriskany Falls man was arrested for the second time in less than four days while allegedly high on "bath salts."

Police were called to a home on Augusta-Solsville Road in Oriskany Falls on Saturday morning for a report of an out of control man on the roof who was yelling and throwing things.

A deputy was able to convince 26-year old Steven Centore to get off the roof.

Centore was charged with petty larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and endangering the welfare of a child.

Deputies say Centore's girlfriend and 2-year old son were inside the home at the time of the incident.

They say also Centore stole items from the vehicle of a nearby resident.

Authorities say a small container of a substance labeled "Best Glass Cleaner" was found on the roof.
