ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a man has been taken into custody in Arizona in connection with the fatal shooting of a businessman outside a western New York strip club earlier this year.

Police in Rochester say Christian Rodriguez has been arrested by police in Glendale, Arizona, near Phoenix.

Officials say he's facing murder charges stemming from the slaying of 63-year-old David Bourne, of the town of Greece, a Rochester suburb.

Police say he was shot May 22 in the parking lot behind a Rochester strip club. Bourne was president, CEO and founder of a mail processing company with offices in Buffalo and Rochester.

Rodriguez is being held in Arizona awaiting extradition to New York. It couldn't be immediately learned from authorities if he has a lawyer yet.
