Man Arrested On Drug Charges In Oneida

A man is facing several felony drug charges for allegedly possessing and selling heroin.

Oneida City Police say 29-year old Jonathan Harp is facing three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Harp is being held in the Madison County Jail without bail.
