New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – New Hartford Police have arrested a Utica man twice in the past three weeks for aggravated DWI.

26-year old Jason Hammond was arrested earlier this week after a traffic stop on Commerical Drive.

Police also arrested Hammond on May 7th.
