Man Arrested Twice In Three Weeks For DWI

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - New Hartford Police have arrested a Utica man twice in the past three weeks for aggravated DWI.

26-year old Jason Hammond was arrested earlier this week after a traffic stop on Commerical Drive.

Police also arrested Hammond on May 7th.

They say Hammond's drivers license has been revoked due to a previous DWI conviction in 2009.

When Hammond returns to New Hartford Town Court, he'll be facing two aggravated DWI charges, along with multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
