The Utica College student accused of making threats that put the school on lockdown made a brief appearance in Utica City Court on Wednesday..

Utica Police say 23-year-old Fahrudin Omerovic used an app to hide his phone number and threatened the school and students with a gun multiple times over the past couple days.

The school was locked down for six hours on Monday.

Omerovic is charged with four counts of making a terroristic threat.

A felony hearing has been set for March 12th.

Omerovic is being held in the Oneida County jail on $100,000 cash bail or $250,000 bond.
