Man Charged With DWI Following Rollover Accident

Marshall, NY (WIBX) - A Bridgewater man is facing a DWI charge following an early morning rollover accident on Route 315 in the Town of Marshall.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 34-year old Justin Wormuth lost control of his vehicle on the snow and slush covered road while rounding a curve.

The vehicle left the road and hit a ditch before overturning onto its roof.

Wormouth and his two passengers were not injured.

He was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.
