Man Charged With Endangering The Welfare Of A Child

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was arrested by New Hartford Police for leaving a young child in a vehicle unattended.

Police say 56-year old Walter Park left the two-year old in the car for about a half an hour while he shopped at Wal-Mart.

Police were alerted by Wal-Mart employees.

Park was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
