Man Charged With Setting Fire To Oneida County Courthouse

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly setting a fire that damaged the Oneida County Courthouse.

The Sheriff's Office says 25-year old Luis Rodriguez lit the bunting that was hanging on the building, causing damage to the courthouse.

They say Rodriguez also damaged the gates that control access to the new parking area of the courthouse.

He was charged with arson.
