Man Charged With Trying To Pass Phony $100 Bill

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly trying to pass a counterfeit bill at the McDonald's on North Genesee Street.Utica Police say 26-year old Joseph Morgia attempted to pay for his food order with a fake $100 bill.

Morgia was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony.
