Man Charged With Using Fake Credit Card

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly make several transactions with a credit card that wasn't his.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 44-year old Kurt Brinkerhoff was charged with four felony counts of forgery.

Investigators say Brinkerhoff used a fradulent credit card which had been issued in another person's name.

The transactions he was arrested for all took place at the Sangertown Mall in Novermber.
