BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (AP) — A 32-year-old New York man has been found guilty of fatally shooting another man outside an upstate social club two years ago.

The Press & Sun-Bulletin of Binghamton reports (http://press.sn/2fxyPe7 ) Joshua Taylor was convicted Thursday in Broome County Court on all charges including second-degree murder.

Prosecutors say Taylor used a Colt .45-caliber handgun to shoot James High outside the Antler Lodge in Binghamton early on the morning of July 24, 2015.

Authorities say a disturbance in the bar of the club preceded the shooting. Prosecutors used surveillance video and eyewitnesses to prove Taylor was the gunman.

Sentencing has been scheduled for Dec. 12.
