Man Injured in Car-Snowmobile Accident

Vienna, NY (WIBX) – A Town of Vienna man was injured in a car-snowmobile accident on Oswego Road in Vienna.Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputies say 20-year old Matthew Relyea was being towed on a snowmobile behind an SUV when the snowmobile crossed into the oncoming lane and waa hit by a car.

Deputies say Relyea was ejected from the sled.

He was taken to Rome Hospital with a cut to the face and other minor injuries.

The investigation is continuing and no tickets have been issued at this time.
