Man Injured In Fight At Syracuse House Party

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a man said he was stabbed during a large fight at a house party in Syracuse.

Police say the 21-year-victim suffered a non-life threatening cut to his chest. They say he didn't realize he had been stabbed until after he got home from the party around 1:45 a.m. Saturday.

He told police that he had been involved in a large fight at the house but could not provide any other details.

Police were called after he went to Upstate University Hospital for treatment.
