Man Pleads Guilty In Death Of Chenango County Girl

One of the two men charged the death of a Chenango County girl last year has pleaded guilty

CNY Homepage says Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding pleaded guilty on Friday to second-degree murder and first-degree rape charges.

He'll be sentenced in August.

11-year old Jacelyn O’Connor of Norwich was killed last August.

James Brower is also facing charges in the girl's death.
