Man Posts Plans to Kill St. Regis Mohawk Police on Facebook

A Central New York man is under indictment for allegedly threatening to kill three Saint Regis Mohawk Police Officers.

38-Year-old Roy Redeye was arrested in Cortland February 10 where he was living at the time.

The two-count indictment alleges Redeye threatened on Facebook that he would kill the officers.

A trial date has not been set.  If convicted, Redeye faces a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
