Man Shot At Graduation Party Charged

A Utica man who was shot at a graduation party over the weekend has been arrested.

Utica Police say 28-year old Robert Lindo was shot in the leg at the corner of Arthur and West Streets.

They say Lindo was allegedly in possession of a hangdun and fired several shots into a large crowd of people.

He's been charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm.

Police say their investigation is continuing.
