Man Shot By Trooper Arraigned
Lee, NY (WIBX)- The Lee man who was shot after allegedly pointing a shotgun at a State Trooper was arraigned last night in Town of Lee Court.
41-year old James Newbill was charged with menacing a police officer.
Following his arraignment, Newbill was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $100,000 bail.
A felony hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday afternoon.
Newbill will also be facing charges in a seperate incident, where he allegedly rammed a vehicle on Route 26 and forced his way into a home, attacking the person inside.
