Man Shot Three Times On Seymour Ave. In Utica – Police Say Victim Is Uncooperative

Utica Police are investigating an overnight shooting on the 1500 block of Seymour Ave.

The incident, at around 1:45 a.m., left one man with three gunshot wounds - two to his leg and one to his hand - according to UPD Public Information Officer Sgt. Steven Hauck.

The victim has been identified as Angel Aviles, 27, of Utica. Hauck says to this point, Aviles has been uncooperative.

Thus far, no suspects have been identified, he said.
