Man Struck By Car In Parking Lot

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Whitesboro man is in the intensive care unit at St. Elizabeth Medical Center after being hit by a car in the parking lot of Lowe's on Middle Settlement Road.

New Hartford Police say 79-year old Firooz Tabrizi was pushing a shopping cart through the parking lot Tuesday afternoon when he was hit by a car driven by 73-year old Mary Becker of Whitesboro.

No charges have been filed against Becker, but the accident remains under investigation.
