Man Surrenders To NHPD, Learns He’s Also Wanted By SPD

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A man surrendered to New Hartford Police after a warrant was issued for his arrest. But, the story doesn't end there.  Police soon learned that he was also wanted by the Syracuse Police Department. Officials say 20-year old Codey Kistner was wanted on an appearance ticket after failing to show up in court to face a Petit Larceny charge in New Hartford. They say Syracuse Police had a warrant out for his arrest for "Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle." Kistner was turned over to Syracuse Police after he was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court.
