Man Turns Self In After Punching Ex-Girlfriend

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man turned himself into police custody after he allegedly punched his ex-girlfriend in the face. According to the report, 22-year-old Carlos Santiago got into an argument with the victim and struck her in the face, causing her to fall down. The victim told police she lost consciousness and called for help after coming to. Santiago who left the scene of the domestic dispute before police arrived, later turned himself in.
