Man Wanted Following Traffic Stop and Drug Arrests
Rome, NY (WIBX) - It plays like a local episode of "Breaking Bad." After receiving a tip that a parole violator was "on the move," New York State Police located and stopped a vehicle on State Route 69 in Rome.
Inside police found 23-year old Meagan Stimpson, wanted on parole after having been previously convicted of the unlawful manufacture of Methamphetamine.
Three other subjects in the vehicle were identified as 47-year old Bonnie Coleman, 48-year old Richard Coleman, and 21-year old Bradlee Durant, all from Sylvan Beach. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of materials required to produce methamphetamines, a quantity of meth itself, and marijuana. All were charged accordingly.
Notably absent from the vehicle was Meaghan's 27-year old husband, Joshua Stimpson. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the State Police at (315) 762.4441 or the Division of Parole at (315) 793.2573.
