Oriskany, NY (WIBX) – The man wanted for questioning in a Taberg stabbing incident that left one man dead has turned himself in.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Frank Aiello spoke with investigators regarding the September 8th stabbing, and was later charged with assault.

Officials say Aiello allegedly kicked Julie Andrewski in the face, as she tried to help her husband. Joseph Andrewski had been stabbed during the fight, and later died.

Aiello was arraigned in the Town of Annsville Court and posted bail.
