A Vienna man is facing several charges following a traffic stop on Marsh Road.

Troopers pulled over 33-year-old Daniel Hallowell after they clocked him doing 74 in a 55 mile per hour speed limit.

State Police discovered Hallowell was driving with a suspended license, registration and without insurance. It was learned Hallowell had 10 license suspensions on 6 different dates.

During an impound inventory of the vehicle, a small aluminum foil containing two small rocks of methamphetamine was discovered.

Hallowell is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and multiple traffic infractions. He was arraigned in the Town of Vienna Court and sent to Oneida County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
