Marcy Correctional Facility Inmate Arrested

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - State Police say an inmate at the Marcy Correctional Facility has been arrested for allegedly throwing a cup of urine at a corrections officer.

43-year old Dennis Nelson is charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, a felony.

Nelson will be arraigned in Town of Marcy Court next month.

The incident happened in December.
