Marcy Man Arrested for Smashing Windows
New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – New Hartford Police arrested 43 year old Michael L. DeBellis for going to his ex-girlfriend’s home, on Roberts Road in the Town of New Hartford and smashing out 13 first floor windows. He was charged with Criminal Mischief, a Felony.
According to his statement, Debellis went to the residence while the victim was gone and used a paint can to smash the windows of the residence. DeBellis stated that he broke the windows because he was upset over the recent break up. He will appear in the Town Of New Hartford court at a later date in May.
